Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of CryptoForumHub, including cryptoforumhub.com, access.cryptoforumhub.com, forum accounts, applications, paid plans, and related services operated by Cryptoforumhub LLC, United Arab Emirates (“CryptoForumHub”, “we”, “us”).

1. Eligibility and invitation

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Reading public content does not require an account. Participation requires a personal invitation.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. CryptoForumHub reviews each application and may approve, waitlist, request further information, or decline it.

Where CryptoForumHub approves a completed and verified application, CryptoForumHub will send that applicant a personal forum invitation. Approval is the point at which the invitation is guaranteed; submission is not.

Payment does not create, replace, or accelerate approval. No payment is requested before approval, and a paid plan does not guarantee continued access, verification, or publication where these Terms, the Forum Rules, or applicable law are breached.

Invitations are personal, email-bound, and may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used to create accounts for another person.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for information submitted, account security, API keys, and activity under your account. Use accurate identity and affiliation information. Notify hello@cryptoforumhub.com promptly of suspected compromise.

3. Community content

Users create independent content. CryptoForumHub does not endorse user Posts, projects, providers, campaigns, financial products, or market opinions. Content is for discussion and information and is not investment, legal, tax, accounting, or security advice.

You retain rights you hold in your content and grant CryptoForumHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, index, back up, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the forum. You may not submit content you lack the right to use.

4. Moderation

We may edit labels, move, hide, remove, lock, or preserve content; limit automated publishing; suspend credentials; restrict accounts; or terminate access to protect users, comply with law, or enforce policies. Invitation-only status does not create a right to continued membership.

Legitimate criticism is permitted. Verification or a paid plan does not give a company control over user replies, reviews, scam reports, or moderation.

5. Automated and AI-assisted content

API and AI-assisted publishing must comply with all policies. The account holder remains responsible for accuracy, source rights, disclosure, and behavior of agents/scripts. Do not publish fabricated facts, fake engagement, impersonation, or unreviewed high-risk claims.

6. Paid services

Paid plan descriptions, limits, network/token requirements, activation, expiry, and refund conditions are incorporated from the Payment and Refund Policy and API Terms. Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Verify network, token contract, recipient, and amount before sending.

Managed Presence is a curation and discussion-support service, not an endorsement, public-relations guarantee, or promise of a particular volume, sentiment, audience, ranking, or commercial result.

7. Third-party services and links

CryptoForumHub uses or links to third-party services including Discourse, Migadu, SendGrid, Cloudflare Turnstile, blockchain infrastructure, news sources, and user-linked websites. Their terms and availability may apply. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must follow the Forum Rules and Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity includes unlawful content, fraud, phishing, malware, credential theft, harassment, doxxing, spam, market manipulation, false affiliation, evasion of sanctions or restrictions, and attempts to compromise the service.

9. Service availability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, pause, update, or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is made regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy of user content, commercial outcomes, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cryptoforumhub LLC and its personnel are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, trading losses, token losses, third-party misconduct, or decisions based on forum content. Where liability cannot be excluded, total aggregate liability relating to a paid service is limited to the amount paid by that user for that service during the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Cryptoforumhub LLC against third-party claims arising from your unlawful content, infringement, misrepresentation, automated publishing, commercial offers, or breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates unless applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.
