Managed Presence Policy
Managed Presence Policy
This policy describes the Managed Presence service: what CryptoForumHub does, what the client receives, and the limits that apply. It is written to be read before purchase, and it governs the service in practice.
1. What the service is
Managed Presence is an editorial service. CryptoForumHub sets up and maintains a dedicated, clearly branded space for a verified organisation, and performs a limited number of editorial actions each month using sources the client has confirmed.
It includes the Self-Service Publishing entitlement, so Publishing API access is available under the same rules that apply to any Self-Service client.
2. The dedicated space
- One dedicated branded space is provisioned per Managed Presence subscription.
- Provisioning is performed by a CryptoForumHub administrator. It is a decision and an action taken by our team.
- The access portal records and displays the provisioning status. The portal does not create forum structure automatically, and no client action creates a Category or Subcategory.
- The space sits within the public forum and is publicly readable.
3. Sources
- The client supplies official or public sources — for example an official website, an official blog, or an official announcement channel.
- CryptoForumHub confirms that a source genuinely belongs to the client before monitoring it.
- We publish from agreed sources and from public record. We do not publish material we cannot attribute.
4. Editorial actions
- Up to four managed editorial actions per calendar month.
- An editorial action is a publication, a substantive update, or a correction.
- The allowance resets at the start of each calendar month and does not accumulate.
- The client receives a monthly summary of the actions performed.
5. Factual profile
CryptoForumHub prepares a factual profile of the organisation: what it is, what it does, and where its official channels are. The profile is agreed with the client before publication. It states facts; it is not promotional copy and is not written to persuade.
6. Corrections and sensitive issues
- The client provides a correction contact and a sensitive-issue contact.
- A factual error will be corrected once established. Corrections are made openly; we do not silently rewrite the record.
- A sensitive issue — one where a person may be at risk, or where a legal or safety matter is involved — reaches a person directly rather than a queue.
7. Rights the client does not receive
The client receives no administrator and no moderator rights, in the dedicated space or anywhere else on the forum. Moderation remains entirely with CryptoForumHub.
8. What the service does not promise
Managed Presence does not include, imply, or guarantee:
- traffic, impressions, visibility, or search ranking;
- backlink value or any search-engine outcome;
- favourable opinions, positive sentiment, or endorsement;
- any effect on token demand, token price, trading volume, or market outcome;
- removal, suppression, or burial of legitimate, evidence-based criticism.
Payment purchases an accurate, maintained presence and a defined amount of editorial work. It does not purchase opinion, and it does not purchase silence.
9. Criticism, and what we do act on
Legitimate criticism supported by evidence remains published, including in a client's own dedicated space. This is not negotiable, and it is what makes the forum worth reading.
CryptoForumHub does act — for any organisation, paying or not — against:
- fabricated or falsified evidence;
- impersonation of a person or an organisation;
- extortion, including demands for payment to withdraw an accusation;
- duplicate attack threads created to amplify a single claim;
- coordinated harassment.
These are handled under the Forum Rules and the Scam Accusation Rules.
10. Pause, expiry and cancellation
- The service pauses when the subscription is no longer active. Editorial work stops.
- Published content remains on the forum and remains publicly readable. It is not removed when a plan ends.
- The dedicated space remains, no longer actively maintained.
- Resuming after renewal is a deliberate step, not an automatic restart.
11. Billing
Managed Presence is billed annually. Pricing is shown on the Plans and Pricing page, which is the authoritative source. See also Payments and Refunds.
12. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be published on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means the current version applies.
