One verified public record for your project identity, contracts, and material updates.
Somewhere a reader can confirm which contract is really yours, what changed, and when you said it — instead of reconstructing it from a scroll of posts.
Two real project records
A token project, and a network with its own coin.
Both are real records on the forum, not testimonials. Open either and read what is actually there.

Alltra World
Verified native-coin record
An official project Topic for a network with its own native coin.
What this shows. That the model covers native coins and chains, not only tokens.

Which evidence you bring
Token, native coin, or neither.
These are different claims and need different proof. The application form asks you which one applies and then requests exactly the matching evidence.
Token project
- Website
- Official website
- Channel
- Official project LinkedIn or X
- Network
- Network name
- Explorer
- Full token contract explorer URL — the page, not the bare contract address. The page shows the network as well as the address.

Native-coin project
- Website
- Official website
- Channel
- Official project LinkedIn or X
- Network
- Network or chain name
- Explorer
- Canonical native-chain explorer URL — the explorer that demonstrates the chain itself.
- Symbol
- Native symbol, if applicable
Protocol, foundation or ecosystem
- Website
- Official website
- Channel
- An official channel
- Explorer
- Not required, when no token or coin is part of your claim
- Instead
- A technical, governance, or repository reference
- Usual focus
- Technical notices, integration guidance, governance explanations and ecosystem updates rather than asset promotion
A ticker alone is never treated as proof of identity. Reviewers check that the website, social account, project name, network and explorer evidence all describe the same project.
What it holds

- Verified project identity and team representation
- Official website and social references
- Network, contract, and explorer evidence
- Material updates in dated order
- Corrections, with the date they were made
- Technical guidance and integration notes
- Public questions and answers
Shape of presence
Official Topic, or a dedicated project space.
Every approved project gets a canonical official Topic where appropriate. Managed Presence adds one dedicated branded subcategory, created and configured by CryptoForumHub, in which you can create relevant Topics and replies — manually and through granted API access. It does not confer administrator or moderator rights.
Operating model
Run it yourself, or have it maintained.
Free
$0/month
No annual payment
Approved organizations or selected experts starting with manual participation or a small controlled integration.
- Public reading and approved manual participation
- One canonical official Topic where appropriate
- Approval-gated limited Publishing API

Invitation and approval are required. The Free API is not issued automatically to every member. No dedicated space, no managed maintenance.

Verification and impersonation
What project verification does and does not establish.
What does project verification confirm?
It confirms who controls an account and that the named evidence matches. It is not a security audit, an endorsement, or investment advice, and it says nothing about the merit of an asset.
What happens to copycat projects?
Impersonation and copycat projects are a rejection reason. Fabricated evidence, extortion, duplicate attack threads and coordinated harassment are prohibited.
Does paying protect us from criticism?
No. Evidence-based criticism of a client project is not removed because the project pays for a plan.
Where are the rules written down?
Claim your project’s record.
Bring your website, your official channel, and the explorer evidence that matches your claim.
