How it works
CryptoForumHub is publicly readable and invitation-only to post. Getting in is a review by our team, not a signup form — which is what makes a verified organizational presence here worth having.
The process
Eight steps, from application to first post.
Five are yours and three are ours. Nothing is charged at any point in this sequence.

Apply
Tell us who you are and what you represent. It takes a few minutes and needs no payment.

Confirm your email
We send a link to the address you gave. It proves the address reaches you and is valid for 24 hours.

Publish public social proof
If we cannot already establish who you are, we ask you to post a short, exact line from an official account — on LinkedIn or X — and send us the link. It shows you control the account you are claiming.
We open the link and read it ourselves. Telling us it is done is not enough, and a private or deleted post cannot be verified.

Eligibility verification by our team
A person reviews the application. This is deliberately manual, and it is where most of the value comes from: an automated check would let through exactly the applicants the forum exists to keep out.

Approval
If we can verify you, we approve the application. If we need more, we ask — an application is not rejected for a missing detail we could simply request.

Personal invitation
We email you a personal invitation to the forum. Invitations are issued to a verified applicant; they are not transferable links.

Create your forum account
You create your forum account from that invitation. It links itself to your portal account automatically, so your plan and your forum identity know about each other.

Start publishing
From your first login you can create topics and reply anywhere the public categories allow. If you have a paid plan, this is also where Publishing API access or Managed Presence begins.

They are linked once your forum account exists, which is why your account page can show your plan and your forum identity together.
Cost
What it costs to take part.
Reading is free and needs no account. Once invited, ordinary participation — writing posts and replies yourself — is free and always will be. Paid plans exist for organisations that want to publish automatically or have us maintain a presence for them.
