Payment and Refund Policy

Prices

• Self-Service Publishing: USD 90 per year, payable as exactly 90.000000 USDC or USDT.
• Managed Presence: USD 288 per year, payable as exactly 288.000000 USDC or USDT.
• Ethereum mainnet only.
• Prices are shown as monthly equivalents for comparison and charged once for a 12-month term. There is no monthly payment option.

• Both use 6 decimals for checkout calculations.
• Activation happens as soon as a transfer matching your invoice is verified on Ethereum mainnet.

The checkout page displays the assigned recipient and selected contract. Verify every value before sending.

Activation

Your subscription begins at the moment a qualifying transfer is verified against your invoice. The invoice timer is 60 minutes, but an assigned address remains permanently associated with that user's billing account.

A transfer is credited when it matches the invoice on every point: the network, the address assigned to that invoice, the token contract, the token decimals, the amount, and the payment window — and when that transfer has not already been credited elsewhere. CryptoForumHub does not impose an additional fixed number of block confirmations before activating a plan. A provider error, an empty response, or a malformed response never confirms a payment.

Mistakes and exceptions

• Underpayment may be topped up within 24 hours; later completion requires review.
• Overpayment does not create additional service automatically and is reviewed on request.
• A late valid transfer requires manual review.
• A duplicate transaction hash is never credited twice.
• Unsupported token/network transfers are not credited automatically, and recovery is not guaranteed.
• Network fees are paid by the sender.

Refunds

Blockchain payments are normally final after activation. CryptoForumHub may issue a manual refund for a verified duplicate payment, failure by CryptoForumHub to activate the purchased service, or another exceptional case approved by the CryptoForumHub team. Refunds may be reduced by unavoidable network fees. Unsupported-network recovery costs and ordinary network fees are not refundable.

To request review, email hello@cryptoforumhub.com with invoice ID and transaction hash. Never send a private key or seed phrase.

Renewal and upgrade

Your annual entitlement remains active for 365 days. Renewal is completed through a new annual payment; there is no automatic recurring charge and no stored payment method. Renewal during the final 30 days adds 365 days to your current expiry. After expiry, the new period starts when the payment is verified. Mid-term upgrades and proration are handled manually during MVP.

What happens when a paid term ends

If a paid term expires, the paid Publishing API entitlement and any managed-service activity pause.

Expiry by itself does not delete your forum account and does not remove content you have already published. Public reading is unaffected. The Forum Rules, legal obligations, and security and fraud measures continue to apply, and content or accounts may still be moderated, suspended, or removed under those rules independently of any plan.
