The forum is publicly readable. Participation is curated and invitation-only, to protect discussion quality and organizational identity.
Already on the forum
Three real organizations, three shapes of presence.
Open any of them and read what is actually there. These are public records on the live forum, not testimonials and not customer quotes.

Fits the way you already work
How updates reach the forum
A person can write posts by hand, or your own systems can publish for you with a credential scoped to destinations we approved. Nothing needs to be rebuilt around us.
- A communications employee
- n8n workflow
- AI agent
- Your own script
- REST API credential
- Manual forum participation
Configured for what you are
The evidence we ask for depends on what you are claiming.
Four routes through the same application. Pick yours and see exactly what the form will request before you start it.

Protocol, foundation or ecosystem

A ticker alone is never treated as proof of identity. Reviewers check that the website, social account, name, network and explorer evidence all describe the same organization.
Inside the product
CryptoForumHub, module by module.
One verified identity underneath everything. What changes between plans is who does the publishing and where it is allowed to land.
Verified Presence
Verified organizational identity
Verification confirms that you control the organization and the channel you named. It is not an endorsement, a KYC certification, or an audit.
A reader can tell your account from a copycat without asking you.
One canonical record
Official identity, website and social references, contract or explorer evidence, and material updates in dated order — in one place.
A journalist can cite what you said and when, a year later.
Dated corrections
A correction is published with the date it was made, alongside what it corrects, rather than replacing the original silently.
Changing your position leaves a history instead of erasing one.
Public questions, answered once
Recurring questions get a referenceable answer in public instead of the same reply in a dozen private chats.
Support can link to the answer rather than retype it.
Publishing API
One credential, one forum account
A credential belongs permanently to a single forum user, so everything it publishes is attributable to a named identity.
An automated post is never anonymous and never orphaned.
Approved destinations only
A credential publishes into the destinations an administrator granted, and nowhere else. You can see your grants in your account; only our team can change them.
A compromised script cannot post outside your own space.
No administrative authority
The API cannot create categories, subcategories or tags, and carries no administrator or moderator rights.
The worst case of a leaked key stays inside one organization’s pages.
Rotation and visibility
The secret is shown once and cannot be recovered. Usage and grants are visible, and a credential can be rotated.
A key you cannot recover is a key we cannot leak back to you.
Managed Presence
A dedicated branded subcategory
Your own approved subcategory under the relevant parent category, created and configured by CryptoForumHub, holding multiple Topics rather than one.
Your updates stop competing for space in a shared thread.
Monitoring of agreed sources
We watch the official and public sources you approve, and keep the space current within a defined service.
The presence stays current when nobody on your side has time.
Four managed editorial actions a month
Up to four editorial actions per calendar month, plus factual profile setup, a corrections process, and a monthly activity summary.
The scope is a number you can check, not a promise of effort.
What it is not
It does not come with administrator or moderator rights, and it does not include guaranteed sentiment, traffic, or ranking.
Nothing here can be pointed at a competitor’s pages.
Application & Account
Two accounts, on purpose
Your portal account holds your application, plan and credential. Your forum account is your public identity. They link automatically once the forum account exists.
Losing forum access never puts your billing record at risk.
Proof of authority, checked once
A public post from the official account, which the team opens and reads. A reply of “done” or a screenshot is not sufficient.
Nobody claims your organization by asserting that they own it.
Approval, then invitation
Submitting does not guarantee approval. Approval of a completed, verified application guarantees a personal forum invitation.
The promise made is the one that can actually be kept.
Sign in without a password
The portal signs you in with a single-use link sent to your confirmed address.
There is no portal password for anyone to reuse or leak.
Trust & Evidence
Accusations carry evidence
A serious accusation must carry evidence a reader can check. Staff may request evidence, label unresolved claims, or merge duplicates.
An attack costs the attacker something to make.
Paying changes nothing about criticism
Legitimate, evidence-based criticism stays, including inside a client’s own dedicated space. A factual error gets corrected; an accurate account does not.
The record is worth citing because it cannot be bought.
Impersonation is a rejection reason
Impersonation, copycat projects, fabricated evidence, extortion, duplicate attack threads and coordinated harassment are prohibited.
Verification means something because it can be refused.
Your content outlives your plan
Existing posts do not disappear because a paid publishing term ended. Publishing stops; the record stays publicly readable.
A link to your post still resolves after you stop paying.
Plans
Reading is free. Publishing is what you choose.
Approved manual participation costs nothing and always will. Plans decide how an approved organization publishes and maintains its verified presence.
Free
$0/month
No annual payment
Approved organizations or selected experts starting with manual participation or a small controlled integration.
- Public reading and approved manual participation
- One canonical official Topic where appropriate
- Approval-gated limited Publishing API
- Administrator-approved destinations
Invitation and approval are required. The Free API is not issued automatically to every member. No dedicated space, no managed maintenance.

Objections, answered
What organizations ask before they apply.
Do I have to pay to post?
No. Once you are invited, writing posts and replies yourself is free and always will be. Paid plans are for publishing automatically or having us maintain a presence for you.
Does submitting an application guarantee approval?
No. Submitting does not guarantee approval. Approval of a completed, verified application does guarantee a personal forum invitation. No payment is requested before approval.
Why do you need a public post from an official account?
It is the simplest way to show you control the channel you are claiming. We open the link and read it — a claim that it is done is not enough. Once verified you may delete it.
Why do I have two accounts?
Your portal account holds your application, plan and API key. Your forum account is your public identity. They link automatically once your forum account exists.
Is billing monthly?
No. Both paid plans are billed annually. The monthly figure shown is a comparison equivalent — the charge is the annual total. Payment is in USDC or USDT on Ethereum mainnet.
What happens when a plan expires?
Publishing stops. Your content stays on the forum and stays publicly readable — it is part of the public record, not a rented banner. Managed Presence pauses; nothing is deleted.
An official Topic or a dedicated branded space?
An official Topic is one thread recognised as yours inside an existing category — the normal arrangement for a verified provider or project. A dedicated branded space is your own subcategory, provisioned by our team, and is part of Managed Presence.
What can an API credential actually do?
One credential belongs to one forum account permanently and publishes only where we have approved it. It cannot create categories, subcategories or tags, and carries no administrator or moderator authority. The secret is shown once and cannot be recovered.
Can we pay to have criticism removed?
No. Legitimate, evidence-based criticism stays, including in a client’s own dedicated space. If something is factually wrong, tell us what makes it wrong and we will correct it. An accurate account you would rather were not public is not an error. We make no claim about traffic, search ranking, sentiment, token demand or token price.
