Give your Web3 company a verified, durable space for updates, references, and public questions.
Your company publishes under a verified identity, in a place where a customer, partner, or journalist can find what you actually said and when you said it.
A real provider space
This is what a dedicated provider space looks like.
- Web3 Service Providers
- Exchanges, DEXs, Brokers & Swap Platforms
- Tokpie Exchange
Tokpie Exchange
Dedicated Web3 provider space
A dedicated branded subcategory under Exchanges, DEXs, Brokers & Swap Platforms, created and configured by CryptoForumHub.
What this shows. What the Managed Presence dedicated space actually looks like.
Tokpie Exchange is a real provider with a space on the forum. That is the whole claim — it is not a testimonial, and no performance result is implied. The frame is a representation of the live page; the link goes to the page itself.
What you get
Four things a shared feed cannot give a company.
A company record that stays put
Who you are, what you operate, and how to verify it — in one citable place.
A partner’s due diligence finds one answer, not six versions.
Operational updates with a history
Maintenance, integrations, incidents and resolutions, in dated order.
An incident timeline exists before anyone asks you for one.
Public questions, answered once
Recurring customer questions get a reference rather than a repeated reply.
Support links to the answer instead of rewriting it.
Protection against fabricated attacks
Serious accusations require evidence, and coordinated or duplicated attacks are against the rules.
An accusation has to carry something a reader can check.

Shape of presence
Official Topic, or a dedicated branded space.
Both are verified and both are yours. The difference is how much room the presence has, and who provisions it.

Dedicated branded space
Included with Managed Presence

Operating model
Run it yourself, or have it maintained.

Before you start
What you will be asked for.
- Your official company website — the company’s own domain, not a social profile.
- Your official company LinkedIn or X account.
- Your own LinkedIn or X profile, and your role.
- A public verification post from the official account, confirming you are authorised to apply on the company’s behalf. A reply of “done” or a screenshot is not sufficient; the team opens the post and checks it once.
Complete applications are usually reviewed within 3 business days after all required evidence is received.
Evidence and criticism
What verification means, and what it does not.
What does verification actually confirm?
That you control the identity you claimed. It is not an endorsement, a KYC certification, an audit, or an investment recommendation.
A competitor is attacking us. What will you do?
Impersonation, fabricated evidence, extortion, duplicate attack threads and coordinated harassment are prohibited. Staff may request evidence, label unresolved claims, merge duplicates, or remove content that breaks the rules.
Does paying remove negative posts about us?
No. Genuine, evidence-based criticism and real customer complaints stay independent — a paid plan does not remove them. If something is factually wrong, tell us what makes it wrong and we will correct it.
Where are the rules written down?
Claim your company’s record.
Bring your official website, your official channel, and a public post from it. A person reviews the rest.
